Displays the main contributors to tuition for a specific Academic term.

Accepts user inputs for projected student conversion percentages between academic terms by Academic Year.
Tidemark utilizes these user inputs to determine in-panel:
- Summary of projected converted Tuition ($) by Term and Credit Load.
- Summary of total projected converted Tuition ($) by Academic term.
After projecting Tuition by Academic Term, Fall Undergraduate projections are used as a basis for determining projected Tuition conversion ($) for subsequent Academic Terms by future Academic Years.
Composition of projected tuition totals for a particular Academic Term (e.g. the Fall Undergraduate Tuition projections used as a baseline for this panel) are available in 12 - Undergraduate Tuition.
